What you need to do is to make changes to your routine. You should try to sleep early so that you wake up early in the morning and when you wake up early in the morning you will not only have a healthy life, but you will have all day at your disposal and plenty of time that can be used in a productive way. This way, you will never say that you don’t have time for this or that.

🔺      Another change you have to make to your routine is to add some healthy activity to your life like going out for a walk, doing some exercise, or yoga. This will not only keep you healthy but will also give you peace of mind and relief from your day to day stress.

🔺      Watching News Channels or using Social Media so that you are up to date with what is going around but sitting in front of News Channels on TV or Social Media all day long will not do any good but will bring negativity. Therefore, you should try to reduce the time you spent in front of the TV or on Social Media.

🔺      Make a daily schedule, a to-do list, and prioritize your activities but do not forget to take time for yourself. Try to organize yourself, your work, your workplace. The common misconception we have is that if someone has the messiest table at the workplace, is the busiest and the hardest worker; rather, it is contrary to that. Try to be organized and keep your workplace organized; this will make everything in your reach and save time. As Benjamin Franklin said,

👉      “For every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned.”

🔺      Stop finding excuses for not doing things; rather, find reasons for doing things. When you do so, you will have to leave your comfort zone, which is not an easy thing to do so. Your mind will start making different excuses like it is not the right time; you don’t have the resources to do this; you are too young, and many more. But if you overcome these excuses and do not wait for the right time (because there is no such thing as the right time), success will be waiting for you at the other end of the bridge.
